Sandra Jaquez has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the restaurant and hospitality industry having opened up two successful restaurants and various other business ventures. As the daughter of two Dominican immigrants, Sandra was born and raised in Inwood and is deeply involved in her community and committed to generating awareness and visibility for Hispanic, minority, and immigrant-owned restaurants and small businesses.
Ms. Jaquez collaborates with the NYS-LRA Lobbyist Team to champion policies and regulations aimed at assisting restaurants and bars in overcoming the obstacles they face and facilitating their recovery.

Elvis M. Silverio, owner of RubiRosa and Vida Cuban restaurants in Queens, NY, is a driving force for small businesses. Co-founding the New York State Latino Restaurant, Bar, and Lounge Association in 2015, he served as its first president until 2018. Beyond culinary success, Silverio actively engages in community initiatives, embodying a deep commitment to uplifting and empowering local businesses. His impact resonates through initiatives like the "Community Clean Up" and holiday drives for The Salvation Army, showcasing a genuine dedication to community well-being.

With extensive experience in marketing and advertising gained from renowned media companies such as Univision Radio, Spanish Broadcasting Systems (La Mega 97.9FM - La Musica App), NBCUniversal, and Pandora Music, she, holding 10 Google Specialist licenses and being an alumni of Rutgers University-Newark, dedicates herself to uplifting minority-owned businesses in the 5 Boroughs and New Jersey.
Ms. Sialer, a Peruvian native and the CEO & Founder of Hispanic Digital Media (HDM.Digital), heads a strategic marketing and advertising consulting firm located in Midtown Manhattan. Committed to business success, her team has a proven track record of optimizing over 500 businesses by seamlessly blending technology and culture. A key element of their strategy involves understanding how people search for businesses online, considering language, culture, and location specifics.
