3rd Annual Community Turkey Drive: Giving Thanks Together at United Palace.

On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the iconic United Palace in Washington Heights came alive with gratitude and generosity as we hosted the 3rd Annual Community Turkey Drive. In partnership with Councilmember Carmen De La Rosa and Assemblymember Manny De Los Santos, this special event ensured that hundreds of families had a reason to celebrate Thanksgiving with joy and dignity.
From 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, families in need received over 1,000 turkeys and Thanksgiving essentials, making their holiday a little brighter. The event brought together neighbors, volunteers, and local organizations, creating a space where kindness and community spirit flourished.
This event would not have been possible without the incredible support of our sponsors: Goya Cares, Cibao Meat Products, Ponce Bank, Coca-Cola, Airbnb, and Grubhub. Their generosity and commitment to our community helped make this day a success and ensured that no family went without during this special season.
